What is it sweetened with?
Jaggery. That's it. No refined sugar, no stevia, no "natural sweetener complex." Jaggery. It sweetens. It has a 2,000-year track record. We like it.
Is it really 100% gluten-free?
Yes. Dedicated facility — not "processed in a facility that may contain wheat." Gluten has never entered our production building. Tested below 20ppm every batch. QR on the pack links to the lab report.
Is it dairy-free?
The dark chocolate chips we use are 55%+ cocoa solids — check the allergen certificate via the pack QR for your specific batch if you have a severe dairy allergy.
How many cookies per pack?
1 per pack/50g. 1, 5, and 10-cookie options also available. Best consumed at 4pm, in one sitting, without sharing.
