Gluten-Free & Safety
Is Chuckle actually 100% gluten-free?
Yes. Dedicated facility — not "processed in a facility that may contain wheat." A building where gluten has never been. Batch tested below 20ppm. QR on every pack → lab report.
Can someone with coeliac disease eat Chuckle safely?
Many of our most loyal customers have coeliac disease. The facility and testing process was built with exactly that level of sensitivity in mind. That said: consult your doctor for medical advice. We make cookies, not medical recommendations.
Where is Chuckle made?
In a dedicated gluten-free production facility in India. FSSAI Lic. No. [21525024000926]. We're happy to share more details — email snack@eatchuckle.in.
What does "batch tested below 20ppm" mean?
20 parts per million is the internationally accepted threshold for "gluten-free." Every production batch is tested to confirm it falls below this. The test report is what the QR code links to. Not a marketing claim — an actual document.
Kids & Families
Are Chuckle cookies safe for kids?
Yes. No refined sugar. No maida. No preservatives. Gluten-free facility. The cookies you'd be happy to see in a tiffin box. Dark Matter and Coconut Crave tend to be the most popular with younger snackers.
Is Chuckle suitable for diabetics?
Chuckle uses jaggery instead of refined sugar, which has a marginally lower GI. But we're a snack brand, not a medical product. Consult your doctor if you're managing blood sugar levels.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
3–5 business days across India. Same-day dispatch for orders before 2pm on working days. Tracking via WhatsApp once dispatched.
What's the free shipping threshold?
Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹100 shipping fee applies.
Can I return cookies if I don't like them?
We can't accept returns on food. But if something arrived damaged or not as described, email snack@eatchuckle.in with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. India only, for now. Working on it.
Ingredients
What is Chuckle sweetened with?
Jaggery. That's it. No refined sugar, no stevia, no "coconut sugar (which is basically sugar)," no "organic evaporated cane juice (which is also sugar)." Jaggery. It sweetens. It has context. We like it.
Is Chuckle vegan?
Most SKUs are. Clean Seed, Nut Core & Jeera Shit are dairy-free and vegan. Other flavours use ghee or dairy-derived ingredients — check the individual product page for your specific SKU.
Are there preservatives?
No. This also means the shelf life is shorter than a biscuit that's been chemically propped up. We think that's fine. Food that expires is food that was real to begin with.
What's the shelf life?
6 months from manufacture date. Best consumed within 2 weeks of opening. Best consumed within 2 days of opening, if we're being realistic.
Allergies
Which SKUs contain nuts?
Almond Grit (whole almonds), Nut Core (mixed nuts), Nankhatai (cashews in some batches). Full allergen information is on each product page and on pack. If in doubt, email snack@eatchuckle.in with your specific allergy for batch-level allergen certificates.
Are any flavours free from all top allergens?
Clean Seed is free from the widest range — no nuts, no dairy, no gluten. Jeera Shot and Grain Theory are also nut-free. Full allergen declarations on each product page.
